We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our AAA team, which secures the front door for everyone who powers progressive fundraising. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for multi-quarter initiatives and work collaboratively with engineers to plan and execute while defining the team's tech strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong OOP fundamentals required — Ruby, Python, Java, C#, Kotlin, or similar
- Professional experience working with React and TypeScript to develop frontend features
- Broad understanding of a spectrum of stacks; expert understanding of dependencies, needs, impacts, and risks across technical areas within a domain
- Deep understanding of performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to assess technology and integrations in the context of multiple teams
- Ability to coach engineers on coaching and mentoring others
