Position Overview
As a Service Support Facilitator supporting our Assessment Pathway Program, you will be the first point of contact for community members in need, dedicated to ensuring that every child receives the highest quality behavioral health services. In this role, you will engage with callers through both telephone and face-to-face interactions, employing your clinical interviewing and assessment expertise to gather crucial information. This position presents a distinctive opportunity to facilitate and contribute to ensuring that children receive the utmost quality behavioral health services. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough member assessments within specified timelines, ensuring proper documentation of the process.
- Input assessment data into a web system, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Engage in inter-rater activities to guarantee consistency in the administration of assessment instruments and adherence to protocols.
- Provide training to provider agencies and other stakeholders as needed or assigned.
- Take charge of special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working with children receiving mental health services, with a solid understanding of Child Welfare, Behavioral Health, and Medicaid policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related healthcare field.
- Proficient in person-centered planning fundamentals.
- Highly skilled in computer usage, including navigating multiple databases and software applications across various screens.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, coupled with adept internet/web navigation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality standards and ensure HIPAA compliance when evaluating all pertinent issues.
