United States onlyWe are seeking a Network/Sys Administrator to assist in supporting and troubleshooting network connectivity, monitor and maintain network and security equipment, and perform basic network traffic inspection and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Assist in supporting and troubleshooting network connectivity for remote locations using DSL, cable modem, and other broadband technologies.
- Help monitor, configure, and maintain network and security equipment, including SonicWall and Cisco Meraki devices.
- Support basic network security tasks such as reviewing firewall rules, VPN connectivity, and traffic logs.
- Assist with identifying and resolving network performance or security-related issues, escalating as needed.
- Perform basic network traffic inspection and troubleshooting to support incident response and investigations.
- Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) and vendors for connectivity or service issues.
- Support deployment, replacement, and upgrades of network and security equipment at remote and corporate locations.
- Maintain documentation related to network configurations, security controls, and troubleshooting steps.
- Follow established security policies, procedures, and best practices within the Information Security department.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance, limited on-call support, or after-hours work as required.
