🌟 We’re Hiring: Clinical Coordinator

9 Months Fixed Term Contract, Full Time Hours

Homebased with occasional office visits

£28,000 per annum

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual? We're looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our team in delivering echocardiography services through delivering customer service and administration tasks.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Clinical Coordinator. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's clinical care team work with over 80 NHS trusts to deliver a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services – all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities of our echocardiography services to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clinical staff working on-site, building strong relationships and providing timely updates on contracts, service changes, and operational matters.

  • Support clinical teams with scheduling, documentation management, and effective communication across departments.

  • Manage the weekly timesheet process, ensuring accuracy, timely submissions, and resolution of any discrepancies.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

  • Administration experience, working with Microsoft Packages

  • Customer service experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working within the healthcare sector
