We are seeking a stay-at-home parent, recent graduate, or career changer to join our team as an Onboarding & Offboarding Supervisor (Volunteer/Remote). This is an unpaid volunteer position that requires 12-15 hours of volunteer work per week. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to onboarding and offboarding coordinators and team members, and collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition leadership to improve and streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and workplace policies
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Availability to volunteer 12-15 hours a week
- Based in the USA and able to work set hours (neg)
- Active engagement with our organization's social media platforms
