Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, commercial finance, sales operations, commercial analytics, or a related commercial function
- Highly proficient in Excel and able to work with large datasets independently
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Strong commercial instinct and ability to translate qualitative commercial input into structured, defensible numbers
