Job Title: Senior Developer for GenAI

A Senior Developer for GenAI designs, develops, and implements generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) and related technologies. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and optimizing AI-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools
- Developing prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning models for specific use cases
- Integrating LLMs with existing systems through APIs and microservices
- Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for knowledge-based applications
- Writing clean, maintainable code in Python and other relevant languages
- Ensuring responsible AI practices including bias mitigation and safety guardrails
- Staying current with rapidly evolving GenAI technologies and best practices
Required skills: Strong programming background, experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock), understanding of transformer architectures, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
