Philippine-based Filipino applicants
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client emails for print and signage enquiries
- Sending and tracking artwork proofs, and following up for approvals
- Logging job details into our system (Monday.com or spreadsheet)
- Preparing quote request details for my review and approval
- Sending approved quotes and following up with clients
- Updating job status (approved, in production, delivered, etc.)
- Maintaining organised file structures for proofs, artwork, and invoices
- Drafting standard client communication templates (proof approvals, delivery updates, etc.)
- Providing weekly summary reports on quotes sent, proofs pending, and jobs completed
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency with workflow and tracking tools such as Monday.com and Spreadsheets/Excel
- Experience using Xero accounting software is highly desirable
- Ability to manage client communication professionally
- Familiarity with design, print, or signage workflows is a plus
- Experience preparing reports, invoices or summaries for management

⏱Payroll is processed bi-monthly.
