We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in management consulting, business strategy, organizational design, operations improvement, due diligence, growth planning, and structured executive decision-making workflows.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured consulting workflow review, business strategy evaluation, executive recommendation assessment, market and competitive analysis, organizational transformation, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their consulting expertise to review realistic business scenarios, evaluate strategic reasoning, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based consulting workflow tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Strategy, Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Review business strategy scenarios involving market sizing, competitive analysis, market entry, growth planning, corporate strategy, and executive recommendations
  • Evaluate strategic outputs against source materials, business objectives, market assumptions, competitive context, and documented decision criteria
  • Support structured review of issue trees, hypothesis-driven analyses, strategic frameworks, business cases, and executive-ready recommendations
  • Identify missing assumptions, analytical gaps, weak logic, and expected strategic review outcomes

Operations, Organization & Transformation Review

  • Review consulting scenarios involving operational diagnostics, cost transformation, organizational redesign, change management, supply chain improvement, and performance improvement
  • Evaluate transformation materials against process data, stakeholder context, operating model requirements, financial assumptions, and implementation constraints
  • Support structured review of workstream plans, operating model materials, change plans, workshop outputs, and transformation roadmaps
  • Prepare clear written explanations for consulting decisions based on source materials and verifiable criteria

Diligence, PMI & Executive Communication Support

  • Review consulting workflows involving M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, public sector advisory, social impact consulting, and steering committee materials
  • Evaluate executive presentations, workshop materials, case-style analyses, financial summaries, and consulting deliverables against structured review criteria
  • Annotate, label, or validate materials across consulting use cases such as market entry, cost reduction, org design, PMI, and executive decision support
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, advisory, corporate strategy, operations consulting, transformation, due diligence, or related business consulting roles
  • Background in one or more areas such as corporate strategy, growth advisory, operations improvement, supply chain consulting, organizational design, change management, M&A diligence, post-merger integration, public sector advisory, or social impact consulting
  • Familiarity with consulting workflows involving case-style problem solving, client workshops, workstream planning, hypothesis trees, MECE structuring, market sizing, financial analysis, and steering committee presentations
  • Comfort reading and preparing consulting artifacts such as strategy decks, issue trees, market analyses, competitive benchmarks, workshop materials, executive memos, workplans, and transformation roadmaps
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate consulting workflows into clear, structured task documentation

Educational Background

  • A degree or professional background in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, public policy, organizational psychology, statistics, or a related analytical field is helpful
  • MBA or advanced degree is helpful
  • Equivalent practical experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, transformation, or advisory work is also highly relevant

Nice to Have

  • Experience at MBB, Big 4 advisory, Tier 2 consulting firms, boutique strategy firms, corporate strategy teams, or transformation advisory environments
  • Familiarity with strategy frameworks, Porter's Five Forces, MECE structuring, issue trees, market sizing, financial analysis, executive communication standards, or consulting case interview-style analysis
  • Experience preparing or reviewing client decks, workstream plans, diligence reports, market entry analyses, cost transformation materials, org redesign outputs, or steering committee presentations
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, dashboarding, stakeholder communication, and executive storytelling skills
  • Strong attention to detail in analysis-heavy, client-facing, and executive-facing consulting environments
