Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not required)
- At least 1–2 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR support
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters or similar platforms
- Experience conducting phone screenings or pre-qualification interviews
- Experience working with US-based clients and time zones (EST) is required
- Experience supporting logistics, delivery, transportation, or staffing companies is a plus
