Finding remote companies that train Freshers?

I’ve been following this space for a while and find the insights here incredibly helpful.

I am currently a university student (majoring in Electronics & Telecommunications) based in Vietnam. I am eager to break into remote work but realized that most roles require significant prior experience.

As someone who is disciplined, tech-savvy (Python, Data), and fluent in English but lacks formal commercial experience, could you recommend specific job boards, companies, or roles on Himalayas that are known for training freshers?

I am willing to start from the bottom (internships or apprenticeships) to learn the ropes. Any guidance or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
