At Paladin Bilisim Danismanlik A.S., I worked with Allianz Türkiye stakeholders to define reporting requirements and performance measures for agency, field-sales, and executive reporting.
I designed and maintained interactive Power BI dashboards tracking sales performance and operational outcomes. Executive dashboards brought trends, results, and areas needing attention into a single view.
I developed DAX measures and Power Query transformations, integrated data from multiple systems, and implemented row-level security so users saw only their own portfolios. I also validated reporting against source systems and supported user acceptance testing and troubleshooting.
I delivered reporting in MicroStrategy and SSRS, documented data models and report specifications, and used Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform to automate workflows. In 2026, I independently designed, built, and published Pupday and Sunbud to the Apple App Store, including analytics for weekly summaries and monthly activity trends.
