What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time work-from-home role where I can manage accurate data entry, e-commerce orders, billing records, Excel reports, and back-office operations for 6–8 hours daily.

I'm a freelance Data Entry Specialist and Excel Operator supporting e-commerce billing and back-office projects since June 2022. I handle high-volume data entry, cleaning, formatting, and reporting with 98%+ accuracy.

I manage order data including customer details, order IDs, SKU codes, quantities, pricing, payments, delivery status, returns, refunds, and cancellations. I also maintain inventory, stock, invoice, GST, sales, and billing records.

I build Excel-based MIS reports, summary sheets, pivot reports, and dashboards using formulas including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, and COUNTIF. I collaborate in Google Sheets and keep records clean, organized, and error-free.

I also manage CRM and lead-generation data, convert documents between PDF, Excel, and Word, and create basic marketing materials in Canva. I'm available for full-time remote work with a personal laptop, high-speed internet, and backup connectivity.
