What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Clinical Data Management opportunity where I can apply clinical record review, EHR documentation, HIPAA compliance, data integrity, and issue escalation skills to improve quality and continuity of care.

At Solace, I review patient records to identify documentation gaps, follow-up needs, and barriers to care. I coordinate resources, communicate discrepancies and escalation concerns, and maintain confidential HIPAA-compliant records.

I've spent 19 years supporting clinical care across mental health, primary care, long-term care, and correctional healthcare. My work includes monitoring patient conditions, documenting findings in EHR and Epic systems, managing care plans, and communicating critical changes to healthcare teams.

I'm prepared to bring my clinical knowledge, documentation review experience, and focus on data accuracy to Clinical Data Management. I value detailed record review, timely issue identification, and continuity of care.
