I've designed a Gate-Grounded NMOS ESD protection device in Cadence Virtuoso on a 90nm gpdk090 PDK, using the grounded-gate topology applied to I/O pad protection in production silicon.
I built a Spectre transient SPICE testbench with a 100ps ESD-style stress pulse to verify pad-node voltage response and signal integrity. I also resolved duplicate model-definition errors across process corners by restructuring the simulator Model Library Setup.
I developed an AI-powered video audio correction system using Python, Streamlit, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Azure OpenAI GPT-4o. The system supports video upload, transcription, correction, audio replacement, and syncing.
Through Smart India Hackathon projects, I've built an EdTech platform for disabled children and collaborated on a legal-process solution under the Ministry of Law and Justice.
