Implemented CyberArk Application Identity Manager (AIM) for application servers, created safes and onboarded accounts, coordinated cross-functional teams to integrate applications and automate password rotation using AIM agents.
Provided CyberArk support (PSM, CPM, PVWA, Vault) including Windows/Unix onboarding, safe and platform management, connector troubleshooting and creating policy-based elevation controls to secure privileged operations.
