At HDFC Bank, I conceived and architected OrKo, a Generative AI-powered enterprise chatbot, and took it from ideation through production rollout. I also defined AI adoption standards using LLM and RAG frameworks for scalable, explainable, BFSI-compliant solutions.
I own bank-wide AI and automation initiatives, including architecture, security alignment, and lifecycle governance. I’ve delivered more than 100 enterprise MIS and regulatory report automations using batch scripts, SQL/Oracle, and Power Automate.
At GEMINI Equipments & Rentals Pvt. Ltd., I designed and developed TRACKER, a web-based ERP system deployed across multiple branches in India. Its modules covered operations, reporting, and database integration.
Earlier, I engineered the Viraj Import Module at Ekdant Logistics and developed E-NVOSYS for LCL Logistix India Pvt. Ltd. These systems automated shipping workflows, including import documentation, billing, container booking, and manifest release.
