What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise risk and internal controls programs—strengthening ERM policies, RCMs, and testing—while partnering cross-functionally to remediate findings, streamline processes, and reduce financial and operational risk exposure.

I’m an ACCA-qualified Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Controls professional with over 10 years of progressive experience spanning Treasury and Risk Management within a leading telecom organization. I lead enterprise risk assessments, enhance control frameworks, and drive enterprise-wide governance through Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs), internal controls testing, and audit remediation.

In my current role, I lead organization-wide risk assessments across 20 business departments, build and maintain RCMs with process owners, and oversee annual internal controls testing across 26 departments to ensure timely remediation. I’ve also led practical improvements—such as inspecting the travel expense system to reduce annual travel-related costs by PKR 6 million, validating 313 controls against the CMCC Internal Control Framework, and delivering organization-wide training that improves control-practice adoption.
