I am an SDET trainee with hands-on experience testing banking web applications, specializing in KYC, CDD, and EDR workflows. I have performed end-to-end functional testing, designed and executed manual test cases, logged and tracked defects in Jira, and contributed to release readiness activities.
During a six-month internship on the Finance Factor Bank KYC module I validated customer onboarding and alert lifecycle, identified critical defects in CDD and EDR alert logic, and helped improve system reliability and regulatory compliance prior to production deployment.
