At Matters.AI, I led three engineers to deliver Endpoint Classification, unifying sensitive-data taxonomy across endpoint and platform and converting eight enterprise customers from POC to paying. I also architected Classification Engine 2.0 on Temporal, reducing compute resources 24× while making it 5× more reliable and 3× faster.
I built Matters.AI Copilot for security teams and CISOs, using Python RAG pipelines, MCP servers, tool calling, and agent evaluation. I also delivered API-based classification for AiSPM and end-to-end Data Subject Request capability for the DPDP Act.
At Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd, I developed UPI Switch V2 and led the Acquiring Switch V2 launch with Axis Bank. The platform scaled to 65,000+ merchants and Rs. 600+ Cr daily volume, while infrastructure costs fell by approximately $18K per month.
