I built OnboardPilot, an agentic onboarding assistant that searches a knowledge base, assesses risk, and proposes onboarding plans for human approval. Its hybrid retrieval combines ChromaDB and BM25, and its labeled evaluation harness caught two retrieval bugs.
At Manipal University Jaipur, I built a multimodal chest X-ray analysis system combining DenseNet121 pathology detection with MedGemma 4B for clinical reasoning and automated report generation. I designed a confidence-aware fusion pipeline with Grad-CAM explainability and applied 8-bit quantization for local inference.
I also built a customer segmentation and purchase prediction pipeline using retail transaction data. It combined K-Means customer groups with supervised classifiers, with the cluster label emerging as the top predictor in the tuned Random Forest.
