As a Manager – Business Controller at Britannia Industries Limited, I built and owned region-wise and state-wise costing and P&L reporting across 16 states, using that insight to support data-driven procurement and measurable margin improvement. I led monthly MIS, variance analysis, and performance diagnostics, and partnered with the Tableau team to automate 8–10 manual reports—cutting review turnaround time and tightening the feedback loop for decision-makers.

I also strengthen how finance connects to operations: I coordinated with 80–100 warehouse service providers, managed weekly utilization reporting, and streamlined approvals for ~USD 0.5M in monthly storage payables. To improve internal control robustness, I developed custom reporting modules within SAP and managed monthly reconciliations and period-end closures for custom milling operations, achieving 100% reconciliation with zero material variance.

In my current role as an AI Finance Expert (LLM Evaluation) at Terac, I conduct expert reviews and QA checks of AI agent outputs on finance workflows—evaluating correctness of financial reasoning, process adherence, and structural integrity against expected outcomes. I assess response pairs across Correctness, Methodology, Completeness, and Verdict to determine the superior output, and I provide calibrated critique for model training based on logical gaps and deviations from standard accounting practices.
