I’m a CPA with 7 years of public accounting experience supporting privately held businesses and real estate investment entities. I focus on strengthening the accuracy of financial reporting and tax positions through detailed review work and clear recommendations.

I review financial statements, trial balances, general ledgers, and fixed assets to identify accounting issues and determine necessary accounting adjustments. I prepare adjusting journal entries covering depreciation, accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, account reclassifications, and other accounting adjustments.

I also prepare and review book-to-tax reconciliations for partnerships, corporations, and investment entities, with heavy emphasis on fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and cost segregation studies for commercial real estate entities. I collaborate with partners, clients, and internal teams to resolve accounting and tax issues and meet reporting deadlines.

On the tax side, I prepare and review federal and multi-state returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and individual taxpayers. I review staff work for accuracy and provide one-on-one coaching and technical guidance.
