What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen health programmes through monitoring and evaluation, health data systems, data quality assurance, dashboard reporting, team development, and stakeholder collaboration.

At Wits RHI, I provide monitoring and evaluation technical assistance and data-quality oversight for HIV/TB reporting across 19 facilities in Ekurhuleni. I also prepare district performance dashboards covering more than 90 facilities to support data-informed decisions.

I ensure accurate facility, district, and RHI reporting to DATIM against PEPFAR indicator requirements, conduct data verification and needs assessments, and support Tier.Net, ETR, DHIS2, and NIDS implementation. I have trained 20 Data Capturers and four Information Officers while supervising more than 16 M&E and data staff.

Previously, at The Aurum Institute, I managed, cleaned, analysed, and visualised HIV/TB programme data, supported donor reporting, and worked directly with facilities to resolve incomplete or inconsistent records. My earlier work in graphic and website design also included projects for the University of Zululand, UZPress, and SASAPD.
