At IdentiTek Sh.A, I develop and maintain secure applications for Albania’s national biometric and digital identity systems. I designed and developed a citizen feedback platform for biometric document application offices, enabling real-time service quality monitoring and reporting.

I also led the design and development of the company website and contributed to the eVoucher Platform and eID Project. My earlier work at Prime Solutions SHPK and 7 Block of Technology and Communcation included software development with Laravel and JavaScript.
