I support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability, and working-capital analysis. I also develop Excel financial models, KPI reports, and Power BI analyses to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
Before XAN ORDA, I worked as an Accounting Officer at Meshico Group and an Accounting Analyst at 4Front Facilities Management LLC, handling revenue and account reconciliations, transaction reviews, discrepancy investigations, and financial reporting support.
At Habtoor Hospitality, I managed billing, invoices, and customer payments in Opera PMS, reconciled daily cash and card activity, and supported reporting and audit preparation. My finance portfolio includes an integrated FP&A budget and rolling forecast model, a three-statement financial model, and a Power BI finance KPI dashboard; I’m a US CMA candidate with both exam parts completed.
