At WeDo DevWork, I lead a team of five developers across client projects and our own products. I wrote the SKILL.md files that make our coding standards apply to AI-generated code, and brought shared QA into the team’s workflow.

Previously, at Onify, I worked as a Full-Stack Developer and Tech Lead on Capital Platforms, a white-label investment platform used by thousands of financial advisers. I built features for trading, report exports, and portfolio monitoring while tech leading a team of four and continuing to write code most days.
