As an independent International Trade & Development Consultant, I research trade policies, agreements and market developments for government and private-sector clients. I turn that analysis into policy briefs, technical reports and briefings for senior decision-makers.
At BlueBlox GmbH, I advised multinational clients including Cisco, Arista and Fortinet on customs compliance and represented them in disputes before authorities and courts in Kenya, Nigeria, Tunisia, Pakistan and Morocco. I also advised on free trade agreements, customs procedures and free zone operations.
At the World Trade Organization’s Development Division, I contributed to the Natural Disasters and Trade Research Project, published on the WTO website, and coordinated symposia. My work is grounded in international economic law, including an LL.M. thesis on implementing the Trade Facilitation Agreement in Kenya.
