Vivek Shinde

Working as a senior architect, completed two redevelopment projects in Mumbai end-to-end from feasibility analysis to obtaining Completion Certificate. Design residential buildings per municipal regulations, coordinate with vendors and consultants, and act as key mediator between outsourced agency and design team.

Worked on multiple projects including a housing scheme for army and navy officers, coordinating with site engineers and consultants. Prepared conceptual designs, working drawings, and presentations, and led a team of junior architects and interns.

Worked on a management school project for D.Y. Patil University with Foster and Partners as principal architects. Prepared drawings for site execution, created 3D views with finishes, and assisted senior architects in meetings and presentations.

Worked as a junior architect on several projects under senior architects, preparing detailed drawings, municipal approval drawings, initial designs, and conceptual 3D views. Contributed to residential and hotel projects.

Learned techniques to transform conceptual ideas into final working schemes and actively participated in design discussions. Worked on residential and commercial projects including lobby design.

Pursued Bachelor of Architecture from L.S. Raheja School of Architecture, Mumbai, from 2009 to 2014.
