Vitor Cassol

I’m a Software Developer with experience across web development, UI/UX design, and feature implementation across multiple projects. I enjoy turning requirements into clear outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering responsive, user-focused digital solutions.

In my current role at INFERENCIA TI, I manage project development, lead the development team, and develop and enhance project features. I take ownership of execution while keeping the team aligned on delivery and quality, using a product mindset to move from planning to shipped functionality.

Previously, I worked as a UI/UX Designer at MEGA.JR, creating and prototyping web and mobile application screens. I gathered and documented requirements, aligned expectations and deliverables with clients, and ensured designs translated into usable interfaces that supported the project’s goals.

I’ve also contributed as a Developer & Designer on multiple projects, creating attractive, responsive UI design for web systems and actively participating in project decision-making. With a solid academic background in Software Engineering (B.Sc., Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul), I bring both engineering discipline and design thinking to build better experiences.
