Supported Zuellig Pharma's Asia-Pacific engineering teams with production AWS and EKS infrastructure, Terraform automation and CI/CD pipelines. Built and maintained CI/CD pipelines, ran monitoring and alerting, and handled incidents end to end.

Led an 8-engineer DevOps team responsible for highly available AWS infrastructure supporting a large microservices estate. Replaced manual AWS setup with reusable Terraform and EKS modules, introduced blue-green deployments, and removed approximately $48K/year in wasted AWS compute.

Built AWS CI/CD pipelines for a Fortune 500 retail client and moved releases away from manual deployment steps. Automated cloud provisioning with Terraform and Ansible, and implemented centralized logging, CloudTrail audit reporting, and AWS security controls.

Scaled an AWS e-commerce platform from early stage to approximately 4M daily visitors. Stabilized flash-sale traffic through Nginx, MySQL and capacity tuning, containerized applications with Docker, and built ELK/Nagios monitoring.
