Managed implementation and configuration of Autoscribe LIMS and Labwise XD LIMS as per client requirements. Led project activities including kickoff meetings, requirement gathering, analysis, and handling change requests.

Led implementation of Labware LIMS V7 across six Lupin sites, including a global site, as Project Manager. Developed and executed project plans, managed timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies for successful delivery.
