I've built an end-to-end NLP pipeline for mobile phone rating and review analysis, processing customer feedback to categorize emotions and connect sentiment with star ratings.
Using Python, NLTK, SpaCy, and data visualization, I identified product features with the greatest impact on customer satisfaction. My work is grounded in natural language processing, sentiment analysis, text processing, and data-driven decision-making.
I'm completing a B.Tech in Engineering and continue strengthening my technical foundation through Python and MongoDB certifications.
