I’m a Senior SAP Business Analyst with 11 years of experience, currently working at Tech Mahindra Pvt Ltd as Sr. Business Analyst (18-Nov-2018 to till date). I support ERP—Supply Chain Management—focused on SAP Production Planning and SAP MM, QM, WM, and SD, where I handle incidents through Service Now Tickets & Remedy Tools and resolve requests by priority while ensuring closure within SLA.
