What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end product design for complex web and mobile products, build scalable design systems, mentor designers, and partner closely with product and engineering teams on measurable outcomes.

At Amplicomm, I lead UX for an enterprise omnichannel communication platform and B2B analytics product across web and mobile. I built the platform experience from 0 to 1, established its design system and component library, and designed dashboards that reduced stakeholder data-interpretation time by approximately 40%.

I’ve led healthcare, fintech, SaaS, CRM, analytics, and e-commerce design work at Actyv.ai, Tcules UX Studio, and Actonate IT Solutions. For a UK healthcare patient-management platform, I led discovery, shaped the information architecture, managed a team of designers, and improved appointment-booking task completion by approximately 25%.

I bring research, usability testing, prototyping, design QA, and AI-assisted workflows together to turn complex workflows into clear product experiences. I also mentor designers and create the critique, documentation, and handoff practices that help teams deliver consistently.
