At Segura, I develop Atlassian Forge apps that adapt internal workflows to Jira and support AI agents working through APIs. I also integrated and deployed AI agents to accelerate workflows and carry out secure bulk operations.

At SwiftConnect, I coordinated remote teams and created API-driven automation for project management tasks. I managed enterprise Jira and Confluence environments, from ticket workflows to automated dashboards.
