I'm currently building an enterprise-wide governance framework at Church Pension Group, partnering with Senior Counsel and executive stakeholders to govern 1,300+ artifacts across compliance, privacy, and risk management.
Previously at BMO, I established the Capital Markets Policy Governance Office and consolidated 500+ governance artifacts across 39 business functions. At Flagstar Bank/NYCB, I delivered 600+ cybersecurity remediation artifacts supporting OCC and Federal Reserve commitments.
My work spans policy lifecycle management, regulatory change, operating-model assessments, risk and control frameworks, audit readiness, and executive reporting. I've also led governance reviews of 300+ risk, technology, and operational control documents at Morgan Stanley and managed reporting across 80+ strategic programs at Credit Suisse.
I bring experience across banking, cybersecurity, investment banking, wealth management, and benefits administration, using practical governance structures, clear documentation, and change-management practices to make regulatory remediation sustainable.
