At Octosoft Technologies, I helped reduce load times dramatically by optimizing server-side pagination and queries, and I built a centralized configuration module to remove hardcoded client customizations. I also engineered real-time integrations with external hospital management systems using API and webhook notifications, cutting approvals from 24–48 hours to under 15 minutes and eliminating 90% of manual processing.

I further expanded platform capabilities by integrating an internal SMS gateway for 6,000+ monthly notifications and an internal payment gateway to digitize provider claim payments with real-time tracking and reconciliation. I automated scheduled cron jobs for weekly provider claim submissions, fixed critical billing issues involving 400+ chronic medications, and improved authorization workflow flexibility with a draft authorization feature.

On contract with Ridenè Technologies, I architected secure authentication flows and built marketplace APIs with multi-stage approval workflows. I designed a self-contained wallet system with ledger architecture and implemented admin controls—while also building end-to-end feature coverage across multiple frontend and backend projects.
