What I'm looking for

I'm seeking fully remote international opportunities in purchasing, procurement coordination, supply chain coordination, inventory analysis, order management, and supply chain or operations roles.

I've supported purchasing, supplier management, inventory, order fulfilment and logistics across Eramatare Farm Inputs, Unga Farm Care EA and Unga Limited. At Eramatare, I contributed to growing monthly sales from approximately KES 400,000 to KES 1.2 million and improving profit margin from approximately 18% to 25%.

I've coordinated supplier scheduling, procurement activities, warehouse operations, transporters and customer orders using SAP, Baan ERP, inventory modules, CRM and Excel reporting. My work has included OTIFEF and turnaround-time analysis, stakeholder follow-up, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

I'm driven by practical continuous improvement, applying Gemba Kaizen, Kanban/Pull Systems, Value Stream Mapping, 5S+S and visual workplace practices. I helped reduce customer turnaround time from 90 to 65 minutes and self-collection turnaround time for a 28MT truck from 86 to 59 minutes.
