At Commversion, I build analytical datasets and reporting for chat, lead, revenue, conversion, adoption, and engagement data. My Python analysis of AI-agent and human responses identified knowledge-base gaps that helped increase conversion by 6%.

I manage 60+ dbt models in Amazon Redshift, centralising business logic for Power BI and Metabase. I’ve also improved report processing speed by 60%, reduced manual reporting effort, and increased leadership dashboard adoption by 50%.

I work closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into clear KPIs, SQL datasets, dashboards, and actionable analysis. My work includes SQL optimisation, data-quality validation, statistical analysis, A/B testing, and Airflow workflow improvements.

Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I analysed UK banking loan portfolios using PL/SQL and identified seven underperforming products that contributed to a 12% profit increase. I also enjoy building practical data projects, from e-commerce trend analysis to YouTube content analytics.
