My name is Ivan, and I'm a software engineer from Ukraine. I've been primarily focused on Android development for last 9 years, helping ship quality products in different areas of business (from social networks to private medical practice management tools). I have previous experience mentoring junior developers, helping them growing into independent developers, capable of solving their tasks and recognize the potential bottlenecks. I've been lately leading a team of 3 engineers, helping deliver high-quality product and keep customers satisfied with the experience they get.

After taking the responsibilities of the lead engineer, I took part in project plannings, scope breakdowns and release managements for all 3 company's products.
