Vaibhav Rathore

At Opract, where I currently work as Chief Technology Officer, I focus on backend development and software engineering. I enjoy building applications that go beyond basic functionality, including systems with REST APIs, databases, authentication, and real-time communication.

I built Offerpath, an AI-assisted career guidance platform, and previously worked on TrueVision, a deepfake detection project. My backend work includes Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic.

I've worked on authentication workflows involving JWT, password hashing, email verification, and OTPs, as well as integrations using Meta Webhooks, the Graph API, and WebSockets. I also work as an AI Trainer at Handshake.

I'm a B.Tech Computer Science Engineering student at Amritsar Group of Colleges, and I'm strengthening my Java, DSA, and system design fundamentals while progressing toward Spring Boot backend development. I'm interested in backend engineering internships and collaborating on meaningful software products.
