At GMIndia Pvt Ltd, I designed end-to-end UX solutions, from user research and journey mapping through usability testing and high-fidelity UI design. I translated user needs and business requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
I collaborated with developers and product managers in an Agile environment to refine user flows and deliver scalable interfaces, with structured design handoffs through Zeplin. I used Figma, FigJam, Maze, and generative AI tools to support ideation, prototyping, validation, and design iterations.
On my Dr. Lab case study, I researched existing diagnostic apps and designed a more streamlined appointment-booking flow. I also designed prescription management that lets users upload reports for analysis and suggestions of scan centers and medications.
My other projects include a responsive cloud-storage interface, a WhatsApp concept with email functionality, and a smartwatch ticket-booking app. I hold an Advanced UI/UX Design Certification from Aspira Design Institute and completed 1400+ hours of hands-on training with six portfolio projects.
