At P.C. Ozoagu & Co., I represent clients in civil, property, and commercial litigation before courts and tribunals in the Abuja Magisterial and Judicial Divisions. I draft and review court processes, including statements of claim, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements.
I also conduct legal research for opinions and briefs on property disputes and corporate conflicts, and manage case files in line with procedural rules and statutory limitations. I facilitate client interviews and witness briefings, and negotiate out-of-court settlements using alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Previously, as Company Secretary at Climax Media, Ltd., I advised executive management on regulatory updates and coordinated statutory filings with the Corporate Affairs Commission. I also handled board meeting administration and drafted agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
