In my internships, I supported UI/UX decisions and feature improvements during QWID’s product redesign, refining key user journeys and strengthening brand-aligned communication. At Genesys Tech Hub, I conducted user research with 25+ users to improve onboarding flow, contributing to a 30% increase in task completion, and I built wireframes and interactive Figma prototypes to validate ideas through usability testing.

I also bring strong visual and brand consistency from my design work at Denleon Innovations and my leadership in the Innovative Graphic Designers community (100,000+ members).
