What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end generative AI and animation production—building workflows, style systems, and SOPs—while managing teams and data-driven KPIs to deliver consistent, high-volume output.

I’m a Creative Production Lead and Lead Animator with 8+ years of experience building and managing high-volume animation and video production pipelines in EdTech. I design production workflows from scratch, develop style systems, and drive consistent delivery at scale.

Currently, I’m heading JoVE’s generative AI video production as Head of AI Production / AI Production Lead, architecting multi-stage workflows (Image Lineup → Video Lineup → Rough Cut) and delivering 160+ monthly approved outputs across 6 collections. Previously, I led a 70+ video/month manual 2D animation division, and I continue strengthening SOPs, KPI reporting, team/resource management, and tool R&D to sustain throughput end-to-end.
