TUSHAR MALHOTRA
@tusharmalhotra1
Marketing automation professional at Naukri Minis who built 12+ AI agents to research, create, verify and publish content daily.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At Naukri Minis, I replaced a manual, Canva-based content workflow with 12+ AI agents I designed and built. They research, script, design, verify and publish content to the platform every day.
I designed the pipelines as chains of specialised agents, with automated checks for factual accuracy, word limits, hook quality, copyright risk and brand compliance. I also extended the pipelines to Naukri Minis’ Instagram.
For a planned microlearning offering, I researched learner needs and built a prototype pipeline for AI-generated lesson videos. It includes script verification and an automated video verifier that checks transcription against the script, audio-video sync, duration and loudness.
At Times Internet, I managed audience growth and engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube and X for business, startup, technology and professional-content brands. I led content strategy and execution for 50+ industry conferences, leadership summits and business events.
