At Veradigm, I authored a Claude AI testing skill that automates much of routine test authoring, execution, and triage. It was adopted across engineering teams and added to the company toolkit, reducing some tasks that took several days to roughly 20 minutes.
I’m the collection lead for four product collections, setting test strategy and automation direction while coordinating weekly releases. I built Playwright regression coverage and k6 performance testing across their services.
At UPS, I designed an automated test suite for the DIAD handheld and extended coverage to Android and iOS devices. I also created a C# Xamarin UITest test bed, resolved barriers to iOS automation, and integrated reporting and tests into Azure DevOps.
Earlier at UPS, I designed a C# BDD automation framework for Android that the web team later used as a model, and integrated it into Jenkins. As a QA Lead at Xpanxion, I coordinated five automation teams on Blue Cross Blue Shield projects spanning API testing, HL7 validation, Selenium, and AWS.
