I’m a Policy Director for Community and Crime Prevention, committed to advancing Jamaica’s community-level crime prevention through disciplined legal thinking and practical policy work. As I complete my Certificate of Legal Education and progress at Norman Manley Law School, I bring a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and evidence-informed decision-making to protect communities and strengthen constitutional and civic frameworks.

I’ve also built impact beyond policy: I’m a published author with a strategy-driven book on enforcing global peace through a reformed United Nations, and I’ve written children’s books that deliver safety tips in a format that keeps attention engaged. My background includes paralegal work handling Divorce and Personal Injury Litigation, court attendance and documentation, and clear client communication—plus experience as a self-employed entrepreneur and a substitute teacher focused on numeracy, literacy, and disciplined attendance tracking.
