I’m looking for Power BI/BI roles where I can build dashboards and data models, automate workflows with Power Platform, and support digital transformation—ideally in international, remote, hybrid, or relocation-friendly environments.

I’m a Senior BI / Power BI and technology professional with 5+ years’ experience delivering Power BI reporting, data analysis, and data modeling. I focus on turning complex operational and people-performance needs into clear dashboards, reports, and decision-ready insights.

I’m known for resolving 3,000+ service requests while automating 70–80% of selected work processes using Power Platform. I build and maintain Power BI/Tableau-style analytics, ETL-ready data views, KPI tracking, and operational reporting that help leaders monitor performance and trends.

On the technology side, I bridge business and delivery by combining analytics with hands-on IT support. I manage Microsoft 365 and systems administration (Exchange Online, Intune, Active Directory Users & Computers) and support infrastructure tasks like endpoint setup, deployments, IP configuration, cabling coordination, and server backup readiness.

I also create automation and AI-enabled support, including Copilot/chatbot solutions to reduce repetitive queries. From internal web/digital coordination to executive and C-suite technical support, I lead with practical problem-solving—often across onsite, remote, and hybrid environments.
